Welcome to Blue Mountain Local’s Terms and Conditions page, specifically tailored for our giveaways. Please read through these guidelines carefully to understand how our giveaways operate.

Value of Giveaways:
The value of each giveaway is solely determined by the respective local business offering it. Blue Mountain Local does not guarantee any specific value for a giveaway, irrespective of the descriptions provided on the giveaway material, our website, or in emails.

No Guaranteed Fulfillment:
Local businesses retain the right to not fulfill a giveaway for any reason. In such cases, giveaways hold no monetary value, are non-returnable, and non-refundable. Furthermore, their value is non-transferable and can be deemed void at the discretion of the business.

Business Relationships:
We establish direct contact with each business owner to acquire permission and approval for their giveaways. However, as local business conditions can fluctuate, neither Blue Mountain Local nor the business owners are obligated to honor a giveaway.

Claim Limitations:
Individuals are limited to claiming one giveaway every three months, with a maximum of four giveaways in a 12-month period.

No Monetary Exchange:
Giveaways provided by Blue Mountain Local cannot be exchanged for cash at any local business.

Restrictions on Resale:
While giveaways can be transferred to others at no cost, they cannot be sold or listed for sale.

Expiration of Giveaways:
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each giveaway is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Post this period, the giveaway loses its value and cannot be redeemed.
